In a not-so-distant future, where neurotechnology reigns supreme, a struggling protagonist named Craig finds himself at a crossroads. Buried under a mountain of debt, he stumbles upon a lucrative opportunity from a pioneering tech company called Cronos. Intrigued, Craig signs up for their new experimental trials, unaware of the life-altering consequences awaiting him.

Cronos aims to revolutionize the prison system, using advanced neuro-devices to reform inmates and simulate their lengthy sentences in mere minutes. The promise of a better future entices Craig, as the opportunity to experience two weeks of his own personalized augmented reality seems like the perfect escape.

However, a simple error by the technicians plunges Craig into a mind-bending nightmare. Instead of two weeks, he finds himself trapped for an eternity of 38 years inside the artificial reality. Loneliness, despair, and sheer madness ensue as Craig desperately tries to survive the unending torment. Time becomes a twisted concept, forcing him to confront the deepest recesses of his mind and question the very nature of his existence.

This heart-pounding tale unravels the dangerous implications of unchecked technology, blurring the lines between science fiction, horror, and dark comedy.
