Theme: We can never be too certain that we can conquer anything, and arrogance is humanity’s downfall.
Tone: A classic slasher horror story (with a monster that preys on those who deserve it) meets a sci-fi thriller.
Synopsis: 3 lifelong friends organize a secluded trip to the woods every year to get away and have their own time together as “men”. We can see that they are arrogant, sexist, and just overall rude people while they trash talk about their lives after settling in. In this moment, a small asteroid crashes nearby, the cabin shakes, a woman screams, and the men hear a terrifying growl. The Beast is out there and it’s hungry. It won’t stop until it’s had every last one.
