Actors are needed for a 2-day shoot. Actors will get meals on shoot days, credit for the short film, and a copy of the film when finished.
Actors will work mostly in an apartment in Philadelphia (location still being determined). We will be filming mid-February most likely on a weekend.
This is a sophomore-level short film called Valentine’s Day it’s about a teenage boy who deals with a breakup on Valentine’s Day and his process of emotions.
Max is 17-18 and considered the good school kid, the sweet boyfriend who buys his girlfriend flowers and chocolates. He tries to bottle up his emotions and play down the breakup but eventually cracks showing his true emotions.
Olivia is 17-18 she is indecisive and a simple teenage girl. She doesn’t quite know the meaning of love but instead is wrapped up in the silliness of teenage love.
John is 17-18 and is friends with Max. He is unknowingly inconsiderate and can’t control what comes out of his mouth at times. He is the comedic best friend who helps Max discover his true feelings.
