I am currently seeking a boom operator (male or female/ 18 and older) for a 48 hour short film competition held on the weekend of November 9th and 10th (all applicants must be available both days). Experience is appreciated but not necessary as this is a small project and what is needed from you can be easily taught/learned in a short amount of time (gear provided).
Where as this is volunteer only, it is a great opportunity to add to your resume, as well as learn the position if you are just starting out and would like to gain experience for your own films and for possible paid gigs in the future.
*Compensation includes meals on set, name credit for resume and transportation if you don’t have your own.
