Opera Philadelphia‘s annual, season-opening Festival O adds a film series in 2022, with screenings of new and classic opera films and panel discussions at the Philadelphia Film Center, the city’s premier hub for film. Audiences will enjoy a selection of feature-length and short-form opera films on multiple screens, and producers are invited to submit their projects to be screened alongside recent cinematic works produced by Opera Philadelphia. A full lineup of screenings will be announced in summer. Festival entries are welcome through May 15, 2022 via FilmFreeway.
