In search of Freelance Editor(s) to take on a silent film project.
*Synopsis of Project*
A prestigious acting school in NYC has created an experimental film using working actors, directed by Lisa Pelikan. The inspiration for this project was James Goldman’s The Lion in Winter. We are seeking a creative editor willing to help cut the project together. Everything was shot via zoom and the editor will be provided with all the project materials and an outline to reference while editing. There is very minimal dialogue and audio isn’t much of a concern. The editor(s) will be working with Ms. Pelikan.
This is a perfect project for something who is looking to dip their toes in the metaphorical waters of video editing! All participants have worked pro bono for the love of the project. However, a $150 stipend will be provided for the editor. If this person edits in Premiere Pro, we can provide him or her with a project file that has everything already organized.
