Seeking Non-Union Actors for a Temple University Student Film. Shoot dates Mid-March to Early April (Specific Dates Pending). Volunteer. Reel Footage will be provided.

Synopsis: Derek and Liz go to the same psychologist, and one day they hit it off. Over the next few days, their relationship turns sour when they decide to go without therapy. Fighting the odds through the quirkiness of their relationship, they fall in and out of love in this fast-paced dialogue driven romantic comedy.

Roles:

Derek (20s)- A neurotic, narcissistic, hopeless romantic. He’s fast paced and all over the place.

Liz (20s)- More of an introvert. Liz’s low self confidence forces her to quarantine herself from other people. She’s prone to random crying fits.

Dr. Phillips (30-40s)- A consummate professional. Always honest with his patients. The straight man of the film.

Sunday, 12-4 PM in the Temple University Student Center Room 217A, 1755 N 13th St, Philadelphia, PA 19122.

The Audition will be a cold read, with an optional prepared monologue being accepted.
