I need a skilled sound recordist with quality equipment for a one day job. I am making a micro-budget feature film and want to test the acoustics at a possible shooting location-a row home in Phoenixville, PA. There is a relatively busy road nearby and I want to test the audio of the house-mainly just concerned about traffic noise. Must have own sound equipment with a quality boom.
Pay is TBD, but the job itself should be easy and not take up too much time. This is for a much smaller sized production, but whomever is hired for the 1-day gig will also be considered for the sound recordist postion on the actual film. If you are only interested or available for the 1-day gig that is also fine.
The schedule is malleable so either a weekday or weekend would work fine. Looking to do it one day within the next 2 weeks-ideally sooner rather than later.
