My independent, feature-length film shooting in July is seeking several crew members for the production. The film is a film-noir with a 9-day shooting schedule, so comfort with a compressed schedule is imperative. I am seeking people who are experienced and talented, but the most important qualities are people who can take direction, passionate, dedicated, patient, will go above and beyond, and most importantly, have good attitudes! 1st AC: Must have experience and know how to pull focus. $200 per shooting day (Net)
Grip: Must have experience. $120 per shoot day (Net)
Production Manager: Must have at least PA or managerial experience. Will be helping to coordinate the film, keep everyone on track, location scouting, ordering food, etc. $150 per shoot day (Net). However, there is some planning to be done about a month before the shoot, which a stipend will be provided for that.
