Synopsis
Six-year-old Timmy is going to be a big brother. There is nothing he wants more in life than a video game system. When his mother loses the new baby at 26 weeks, Timmy offers to give up his video game savings to buy a new baby brother. This gesture inadvertently helps his parents realize they already have everything they need.

Looking for a scout to find three locations for a graduate film set in the 80’s.

1. Shopping mall with a fountain, the kind people throw coins in to make wishes.
2. A clothing store that could serve as the maternity section of a department store.
3. A house with at least two bedrooms and a kitchen.

Compensation is negotiable.

Responsibilities include finding potential locations, visiting locations with the director, and assistance negotiating with properties on shooting times, terms, and contracts.

Scouting will be conducted in November. Principal photography begins in January.

Harold Batista (director) was born near Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is currently a Future Faculty Fellow at Temple University pursuing a concentration in directing and is the two-time recipient of the Minnie & Ben Lazaroff Award for exceptional work and great promise in screenwriting. His work has been shown at the Anthology Film Archives, Antonio Ratti Fondazione, the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Miami Museum of Contemporary Art, the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington D.C., La Mama La Galleria in New York, and the Freedom Tower in Miami, Florida.
