Hello! I am seeking an assistant director for my film. The ideal candidate has experience and is comfortable with wearing many hats: location scout, clapper, coordinator, etc., as this is a skeleton production. The ideal candidate is well-versed with the technical, artistic, and managerial sides of film. This is a no-drama, respectful set, and I am not looking for a film genius who will be arrogant, condescending, and rude on set. Rather, I am looking for someone who is organized, can get along with the cast and crew, can keep a cool head under pressure, can take direction, and will give this film their all. The rate is $150 per shoot day, however, there will be some light prep work in the weeks leading up to the shoot that is unpaid. Nothing crazy, but I still expect the tasks to be completed in a timely, professional manner. Please email me resumes, reels, and any other items that showcase your work. The film will be shooting in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs in late December, early January.
