Job Description:
Expressway is currently seeking to fill the position of Customer Service Rep/Receptionist at our East Falls HQ in Philadelphia. As a Customer Service Rep/Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and the ability to work with a diverse client base. We are a rapidly growing company and this role could potentially grow and develop into something else starting with you. Our staff is a creative and inclusive group, and we hope to fill this position with an equally passionate and hard-working individual.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering and screening phone calls to be transferred to the appropriate department
Greeting clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude and directing them appropriately
Sales of basic essentials (Clamps, Tape, ETC…)
Collecting payment for orders/POS transactions
Perform other duties such as filing and photocopying as needed
General understanding of the daily operations within the shop
Collecting Rental Paperwork and Insurance Documents from clients
Qualifications:
Excellent Communication Skill Required
Strong Customer Service Skills Required
Organizational and Multitasking Skills Required
Knowledge of Point of Sales (POS) Transactions Preferred (Experience in FLEX is a PLUS)
Familiarity with Multi-line Phone Systems Preferred
Experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or similar role is Required
Knowledge of Social Media Platforms is a PLUS
Knowledge of Photography/Video/Film Equipment and Industry is a PLUS

Entry Level, Hourly, Full Time
