Mischief Night (working title) is a horror short that I will be directing this fall. It is a macabre tale involving a small group of adolescents that end up finding more than they bargained for when they head out on Halloween Eve. This is not your run-of-the-mill slasher film with the usual stereo typical plot and characters. From the first page to last page of the script, the twists and turns will keep even the most seasoned horror enthusiasts guessing. I will be making an intelligent horror film and I am looking for a detailed and creative producer to help me with my vision.
I have been involved with several horror shorts as an associate producer. I have worked on projects with the writer C. Robert Cargill and the actor, Doug Jones. I have also written articles/interviews for one of the leading websites in the horror industry, Horrornews.net. For Mischief Night I have written the script, written the film’s main musical theme, and the movie poster concept with tag line is ready go. I just need the final and critical piece of a producer for my script to come life.
