We’re casting for our short narrative film ‘Phantom Friend,’ A non-linear fantasy realism dramedy about three friends meeting their dead friend again, who busts their chops, and helps them grieve, while they figure out why he got the flames.
The pay is $125/day, the schedule is flexible, and we’re shooting in and around the Pottstown, PA area and or around the Philly, North Philly, and West Chester, PA areas. We’re seeking talent to fill the following roles:
Tyler 25-35 Male – He’s a nihilistic filmmaker who’s torn up about the loss of his best friend and mentor, and he’s trying to put the pieces back together.
Omelia 25-35 Female – She thinks her decisions are somehow related to the loss of their friend in some supernatural way, when she holds people on a pedestal, and they hurt her, she tends to think it’s her fault.
Matt 25-35 Male – He’s crippled by fear in life, and he’s insecure about it. But at the end of the day he has a good heart and won’t allow someone to make him cross moral lines.
Mike 40-60 Male – A best friend, mentor, philanthropist, and random acts of kindness giving overall awesome middle aged bald dude who’s influenced many people’s lives for the better, and continues to after the grave. Also he has a few vices that perhaps might be the reason he “got the flames.”
