Casting “Hi-Fear,” the third horror indie anthology feature, after “Hi-8” and “Hi-Death.” Synopsis: A day in the life of a group of young street kids, who are not only trying to survive daily life, but also a mysterious force methodically picking them off. Producer states: “We’ll shoot our segment ‘The Streets Are Watching’ around the Trenton, NJ area during the middle/end of March. Our movies play festivals around the world and get distribution on all streaming services and channels and on DVD, Blu-ray etc.”

Role 1

Looking for a leading woman between the ages of 18-24 of no particular ethnicity. This is both a physical role, requiring lots of running, crawling, and typical slasher-style film activities, as well as possessing a wide emotional range. This character is a young, seasoned homeless girl who is struggling with her place in the world. Tattoos/piercings/“punk” look welcome but not mandatory. Shooting schedule is a two week window in mid-March, mostly weekends/weeknights in downtown Trenton. No nudity required. This is a paid role.
Role 2

Looking for a male POC between the ages of 30-40 with a strong, haunting physical presence. This is both a physical role, requiring lots of running, crawling, and typical slasher-style film activities, as well as possessing a wide emotional range. Boxing experience a huge plus. This character was once a successful, mild-mannered youth who suffered tragedy and spirals into insanity. He roams the streets, intimidating all who come in contact with him. Must be comfortable with special effects makeup and/or contact lenses.

Looking for a matronly female POC in her fifties for a 1 day shoot in mid-March. Candidates must be able to cry on command, and emote intense fear/horror for this specific scene. This role is a mother who is brutally murdered before her son’s eyes. Must be comfortable with special effects makeup and blood. No nudity required. This is a paid role..

Role 4

Looking for a supporting actor/actress between the ages of 18-24 of no particular ethnicity or gender. This character is a young, veteran street kid who is our leading character’s closest confidante and eventual love interest. Tattoos/piercings/“punk” look welcome but not mandatory. Shooting schedule is a two week window in mid-March, mostly weekends/weeknights in downtown Trenton. No nudity required. This is a paid role.
