Feature thriller film “To Avenge” needs 10-15 background actors for water scenes to be filmed in Fall 2019.
We are looking for extras who are 18 to approx. 60 years old who would like to be a part of one of several scenes in our film which takes place in and around Ocean City, Maryland. The scenes as planned may involve being a passenger on one of the OC speedboats, a pontoon tour boat visiting Assateague, or paddling a kayak. As a background extra you may be directed to act the part of someone who’s riding one of the boats or walking on the beach with the wild ponies of Assateague Island.
No experience is necessary to be an extra, but you must be at least 18 years of age by July 01, 2019. You will receive a day rate, plus an on-screen credit at the end of the film. You’ll mingle with and have a few official behind-the-scenes stills taken with our cast and crew– and hopefully have some cool and fun memories of helping shoot a movie. We love hearing from those with connections to the OC shore area!
*Please note: We will decide which background actors are used for the various scenes closer to the time of filming. We cannot accept special requests. If you are not open to and 100% comfortable with ANY and ALL of the activities as described– including riding in various boats and being on the ocean and/or bay for the scenes as described, please do not submit for this casting. You must be physically fit and have no medical issues that would make performing in these scenes a safety issue for you.
