Seeking a professional, experienced and self-motivated video editor with After Effect skills for to EDIT and CREATE a roughly 8-10 minutes episode of an ultra-low budget web series.
Duties:
• Edit and create a COMPLETE AND GRADED CUT within 14 days after hire.
• Soften skin complexions
• Add motion tracking to a shot.
• Add text messaging effect to a shot.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere
• Must have expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Must have experience editing footage filmed on BMPCC.
• Proficient in workflow, understand file management and color proofing processes.
• A strong portfolio of video editing/graphics work.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and to work efficiently under the pressure of deadlines.
• Should also have a firm understanding of clean audio capture.
• A degree in Film, Media Studies, Communication or related field.
Video, sound files, music, foley as well as graphics for green screen replacement would all be supplied by the Producer. This position pays $450 and is non-negotiable.
