The “Film Family” is currently working on a feature film and looking for 2 crew members. The Film Family is a collaboration between: BLACK LENS CINEMA, KJ PRODUCTIONS, 5 SHORTS PROJECT, AMPLYFIED REALITY, AND IAMBRAND PRODUCTIONS.
Film is slated to be shot in 2-3 days (An entire weekend shooting). TBD. Location: TBD. Shooting is to begin end of February.
1️⃣ Position: Production Assistant – Script Supervision
Responsibilities:
– Work closely with the director(s) to ensure accuracy and consistency in dialogue, scene details, and overall script continuity.
– Assist in organizing and maintaining script revisions, scene breakdowns, and other relevant documents.
– Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
– Keep detailed notes during filming
2️⃣ Position: Production Assistant – Continuity
Responsibilities:
– Ensure consistency in visual elements, props, costumes, and set design between scenes.
– Assist in documenting and tracking details such as actor positions, camera angles, and lighting setups to ensure seamless continuity throughout the production.
– Work closely with the director and cinematographer to identify any potential continuity issues and provide solutions.
– Help maintain accurate records of scenes, takes, and any necessary notes for post-production.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
– Passion for filmmaking and a strong interest in script supervision or continuity.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
– Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
