PIZZAMAN CASTING CALL

The short film, PizzaMan will be shot on video in the Philadelphia area late fall 2019. All actors appearing in the film will be paid union rate.
PizzaMan is a story of an eccentric elderly couple after their young son was run down by a pizza delivery driver. They become grief stricken and never eat pizza again, running all pizza establishments out of town. When a new shop, Pizza Heaven opens, they take revenge! This flick will be in the vein of a 1980s slasher – the type of movie you would find on a VHS tape.
Tagline: “Cheese, pepperoni and Murder.”
CHARACTERS:
HELEN: Late fifties, early sixties, spry female. Slender frame. Stuck in a time warp of the late 70s, early 80s. Capability to knit a plus.
TEDDY: Late fifties, early sixties, athletic male with a paunch. Stuck in a time warp of the late 70s, early 80s.
PIZZAMAN: Will be in costume; mascot style, not too tall. Voice acting a plus.
PIZZA HEAVEN EMPLOYEE: 18 to early 20’s – nerdy. Present day style.
PIZZA DELIVERY DRIVER: 18 to early 20’s – 80s style look.
PHONE OPERATOR: Voice actor/character style is recommended.
CHILD: around the age of 9-10, will sport a western look.
CHILD: around the age of 9-10, clean cut – a child of the 80s.
