Casting “De La Misma Mano” (working title), a short film focusing on the challenges of being in an interracial relationship.
Synopsis: Johana, a young latina woman, will be bringing home Blaise, her African American boyfriend, to meet her parents for the first time since they started dating. Although Blaise is calm and collected, he understands that this is a big step in his beloved relationship with Johana. Blaise will not only have to make an impression on her mom, but also the Dad who is a hard and over-protective father.
