My name is Protegee of Purpose and it is a pleasure to send this communication inviting you to be a candidate for a role in my upcoming spoken word short film, titled: “My Favorite Black Song.”
Before I delve into the details, I want to preface by emphasizing that this project is a no-budget passion project. I am a beginner. However, “I AM” and this project is fueled by creativity, enthusiasm, and a shared love for artistic expression. While we may not have financial compensation to offer at this time, we’re excited to explore potential bartering opportunities, provide exposure for your brand or services, and ensure that you have a comfortable experience on set. We’ll also be serving refreshments and lite foods to keep our energy up during filming.
Role Needed:
Background Actors Amateur or Seasoned: – An actual Mature/Seasoned Melanted Male and Female Couple, or One Individual Melanated Mature/Seasoned Male and One Individual Melanated Mature Female who is comfortable playing the role of a Mother/Father Couple, who bring a sense of pride, celebration and camaraderie to the studio. Their presence embodies the charm and grace of seasoned companionship, unified matriarchal and patriarchal essence to a black family dynamic, and adds to the overall atmosphere of love and support, to the lead Black Man and Woman Couple, in the story line. 55+ years of age
