Position: Associate Producer
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Contract: 4 month with potential to convert to full time
All That’s Good Productions is a full-service production company and creative team working with brands such as Comcast, Microsoft, Hasbro, MLB, and more. We currently have television shows on HGTV, Animal Planet, Disney+, Travel Channel, and an Emmy-nominated Netflix Original Basketball Or Nothing.
Our production team is searching for a driven and enthusiastic Associate Producer who works well in collaborative and fast-paced work environments. Ideal candidates will be able to juggle multiple projects at once and communicate effectively with our team and partners.
Responsibilities will include:
-Assisting our production team with coordinating, scheduling, communication, and logistics for various on-location and remote productions
-Assisting the creation, management and organization of production documents including: location and appearance releases, call sheets, production schedules, production breakdowns, etc.
-Assisting our production crew with on-location productions when necessary
-Participating in weekly meetings and conference calls
Successful candidates should have:
-Experience with Associate Producer work in video production
-A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to collaborate and take initiative
-Interest in production coordination, logistics, and management
-Strong time-management skills
-Impeccable attention to detail
-A flexible schedule and ability to work after-hours when necessary
-A driver’s license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle
