Production company PalmStar Media is looking to hire an assistant to join our small and collaborative team. Duties will include managing incoming phone calls, scheduling, travel coordinating, liaising with company affiliates, script coverage/providing script notes, administrative duties and running errands. Production and/or agency experience is preferred but not required. The candidate must be local to the greater Philadelphia area and have a valid driver’s license/reliable car.
