We are looking to hire an assistant to join a small and collaborative team at a well known film production company. Duties will include managing incoming phone calls, scheduling, travel coordinating, liaising with company affiliates, script coverage/providing script notes, administrative duties and running errands (once safe to do so). Production and/or agency experience is preferred but not required. The candidate must be local to the greater Philadelphia area and have a valid driver’s license/reliable car.
