Description: Brown skinned African American Male ages 19-25 thin build with some facial hair.
Young Officer Halls:
A corrupt cop who makes a deal with the devil for a small payday and ultimately changes his career path.
Description: Light skinned African American Male ages 20-30 thin to medium build.
