This is a sophomore level student production, so the schedule is provisional, but we’re looking to hopefully film either the first or third weekend in April.
The shoot would be the Saturday and Sunday from 9am-5pm.
NONA’S CHILI – Following NONA’s sudden passing, MARCO attempts to recreate her famous chili from a partial recipe.
NONA, 76 – Nona loves her only grandson Marco a lot and wants to teach him her “secret” chili recipe, but realizes that she cares more about their bond than him.
MARCO, 23 – Following Nona’s passing, Marco has become a recluse living in her house. He is desperately trying to find the answers to Nona’s secret recipe that he always failed to learn.
The role is unpaid, but the cast will receive food, credit, and a copy of the film by the end of May.
