Hi there!
We’re an established video production company in Philadelphia filming an ad for an online lens replacement service on October 15th. We’re looking for a 21-35 year old non-white male actor to fill a role as an extra in a hiking scene. You must self-report to Fairmount Park (exact location TBD) for the morning call time on 10/15, likely between 8:00am and 9:30am (exact time also TBD!) but we aim to have you out of there by 11! We run tight productions and should only need you for an hour, but let’s call it 2 hours to be safe. We’ll have a final call sheet/shooting schedule for you by early next week.
We’ll ask you to self-costume in a hiking outfit (not a gym outfit), think REI or Patagonia ad. We’ll send you inspiration images, but we’ll request examples of the outfit before casting. This is a non-speaking role, so if you’re a smiling actor-slash-hiker with some sturdy boots or trail runners, you’re probably a perfect fit!
Pay is $50. We’ll have hair and makeup on set. We provide a meal with guaranteed vegan options, other dietary needs are also accommodated.
