Greater Philadelphia Film Office’s Executive Director, Sharon Pinkenson, was a featured guest on Wharton Business Radio’s “The Real Estate Hour” segment to discuss Philadelphia’s economic real estate development in the film business.

With 25 years of running a film commission under her belt, Pinkenson expertly understands the involvement of many real estate details on attracting film production to a region, from exterior shots to crew housing, office space, warehouses for sound stages, etc.  Pinkenson discusses Philly’s large indigenous film community that can accommodate any major feature, independent film or TV series including student projects and the Pennsylvania Film Tax Credit incentive program.

Bonus: how you can get your property listed in your local film commission for a movie and the benefits of it.
