Film synopsis:
A lonely corn farmer feels abandoned when his son leaves for college, but finds odd companionship in his scarecrow.
Character info:
Jud is 18 and in his first year of college. He’s a bright and down to earth kid who was raised on his parents corn farm. He was the first in his family to graduate high school and go to a university. He’s coming home to visit his dad for his birthday, but has changed a lot ever since moving to the city for school. He and the farmer used to be two peas in a pod, but when Jud returns he looks like a total douche.
This is a paid short film. Shooting locations are out of the city, meals and transportation will be provided. $150 flat rate. Must be able to wear contacts for one scene.
