Synopsis: Ezra & Kaiya spontaneously spark a connection that curates into an unofficial romantic relationship. As the story develops through narrative and dance, it is revealed that they value the relationship differently, with Kaiya being a hopeless romantic and Ezra only seeking comfort.

Ezra is a fun and free spirited guy who doesn’t want to be bound to a committed relationship, but wants comfort in the idea of one.

Kaiya – ANY ETHNICITY – FEMALE – LEAD ROLE – AGE 18-25
Kaiya is a hopeless romantic who is pretty firm in who she is as a person, but tends to put too much faith in things that aren’t best for her time and energy.

Note for the roles of Ezra & Kaiya: This storyline does NOT include any kissing, nudity, or sex scences. The actors will simply need to be comfortable playing ½ of a romantic couple through dance.
Grace – ANY ETHNICITY – FEMALE – SUPPORTING ROLE – AGE 18-25
Grace is Kaiya’s best friend and knows her best. She is known to be the advice giver in the relationship, and always spices up the conversation with sarcasm.
Uncle Rick – ANY ETHNICITY – MALE – SUPPORTING ROLE – Age 20’s-Mid 30s
Uncle Rick has the “cool uncle” persona, who has watched Ezra grow up. He is happily married and in a healthy relationship.
