Rico Salam Productions and Paradigm TV are looking for lead and supporting actors for our feature film project titled “Kidnapped”.
In the film, Diane helps a boy named Kevin recover from a major head injury. She soon realizes how much he reminds her of the son she lost a few years back in a house fire. She quickly treats Kevin as her new “son”, therefore she goes to extreme lengths to make sure he is not taken away. Meanwhile, Kevin’s real mom and detectives flip the whole town upside down searching for him while never suspecting the culprit is her new friend Diane. But Diane is not about to lose another son.

We are casting for the following roles:
DIANE – Diane is a thirty-five-year-old Black woman who lost her family in a fire. Now, she feels she has a new opportunity to be a mother after helping a boy on the side of the road. Although the boy is not hers, she is willing to go to extreme measures to convince everyone, and herself, that she is his mother.
KEVIN – Kevin is a twelve-year-old Black boy who loses his memory after a bicycle accident on the side of the road. He gets kidnapped and brainwashed by an older lady who claims to be his mother. Despite her extreme measures, Kevin slowly starts to realize the truth.
CASSANDRA – Cassandra is the single mom of a twelve-year-old boy named Kevin. She goes on a relentless pursuit to locate Kevin after he’s been kidnapped. Her efforts to find him push her to the edge of her morality and sanity.
WILSON – Wilson is a thirty-five-year-old White woman who is a detective. She is very intelligent and skilled at what she does; however, has trouble identifying Diane as a suspect.
CHARLES – Charles is an older Black detective in his 60s. He is very wise and compassionate. He has cracked many cases throughout the years but has come into conflict when he realizes that the kidnapper is his niece.
HALL – Hall is a thirty-year-old Black detective newer to the field. He looks up to his partner Wilson. He is very smart but very new.
SAMANTHA – Samantha is a ten-year-old White girl who is a prodigy at basketball and schools Kevin. She is also wise beyond her years enough to figure out that Kevin’s mom is not who she says she is.
REBECCA – Rebecca is a young nerdy girl with glasses in her early 20s who started an internet company to help find kidnapped people. She uses her resources to help Cassandra find Kevin but is in for more than what she bargained for when Diane realizes what she is doing.
JASON – Jason is a clean face Black man in his 40s who was labeled a “sex offender” at a young age for a crime he committed for a drug lord. That doesn’t stop Cassandra from believing he took her son.
JANE – Jane is a pretty White woman in her early 30s. She is Samantha’s mom who helps Samantha connect the dots about Kevin.
The filming of this movie will take place in the Greater Philadelphia area.
