Hello creators and talents,
I’m putting this out there to gauge the interest of creators and talents in the philadelphia surrounding area that want a positive and professional creative team but don’t have the high budget needed to have such a team.

THE GOAL:
The idea is to form a group of talented individuals that can bring Industry standard creative strength, business strength and/or other resource to the alliance where each member of the alliance can benefit from each other without worrying too much about the limits of a small budget, because a good idea and talent can be ruined by low budget and/or low quality.

THE BARTER SYSTEM:
To make this work, we will need to make this team small enough to not put too much pressure on each other, but big enough so that we won’t need major external assistance on our productions. We will each start with a small project from each ally so we can create and adjust to a barter system that works.

YOUR PROJECTS:
Each member would be able to spearhead their own projects with the support and skills of the full team in a form of barter system when doing your own personal projects.
We can also collaborate on external paid projects but each member would be paid their rates for paid projects outside of the alliance.

WHO THIS IS OPEN TO:
This offer is for positive and talented creators, talents, businesses they align or individual with skills or resources that’s beneficial to the overall goal such as photographer, MUA (special effects and/or beauty), hair stylist, wardrobe stylist, writer, dance choreographer, storyboard artist, producers, 3D artists, camera operator, videographer, musicians and other talents…, intellectual property lawyer, individual with access to interesting estate (interior/exterior property or vehicles).
