Casting for:
MARGO, a 20-25 year old transgender woman at the crossroads of adulthood wrestling with the ethics of and her feelings towards her unconventional relationship. She’s dry, sharp, and self-possessed; but uses this to mask a deep insecurity and need for validation.
STEPHEN, a 40-50 year old man, a husband and a father. He’s using this relationship with Margo as an attempt to reclaim a part of himself he feels he was forced to suppress. He has a lot of love to give, but is ultimately selfish, repressed, and terrified of his infidelity being exposed.
WINSTON, a 65+ year old man and recent widower. He enters the dynamic of Margo and Stephen as he’s choking to death and in desperate need of help. His memory is fading, and he’s consumed with nostalgia and grief.
