I am filming a teaser trailer for an independent, sci-fi television project. The trailer will be no more than 4-5 minutes long. But it will have very quick sword-fighting scene (with plastic swords) which will require some rehearsing for. There is very little dialog for this part and the actress’s face will be covered up for most of the shoot (as part of the scene and for COVID-19 protection).
Aeriel:
Grim, steely, no-nonsense
The actress who will play the character named Aeriel needs to be:
• An African-American female
• Between the ages of 18 to 23, but look like they can pass for a high-school student
• Athletically-built
• Short to average height
• Long hair (bottom of neck to shoulder-length)
• Grim, steely, no-nonsense character who is deadly to her enemies
• She is confident, but not cocky
Auditions will be done through ZOOM meetings only and will take place on Saturday, September 26th from 7:30 pm to 9 pm and Sunday, September 27th from 7:30 pm to 9 pm.
Rehearsals if you get the part will be on the following dates:
• Saturday, October 3rd
• Saturday, October 10th
• Saturday, October 17th
Filming is planned to be on Saturday, October 31th.
