Wicked Lovely Films & Media is seeking Production Designer and team for the short experimental and documentary hybrid short film, SHATTERED. SHATTERED is an anthology of short films that challenges Black female stereotypes.

There are two locations that will take place in a field.

Production Designer needs to create the aesthetic or ruins of an abandoned theme park for the first location and shape design around a meadow and sunflower field for the second location. This park will portray the oppression of Black women in American society. The meadow provides an escape to freedom from oppression. Experience with building and sourcing props from unusual or low cost spaces is a must. Please be passionate about supporting Black women.

This is a IPMF funded and ITVS supported project and the filmmaker is an alumna of the Reel Sisters of the Diaspora film festival. This project is targeting a PBS release.

This is a paid position. Shoot dates are two days in mid to late September in the Philadelphia area. Project is shot on motion picture film.
