BWJP is thrilled to announce a film screening event featuring “And So I Stayed,” a powerful documentary by Natalie Pattillo and Daniel A. Nelson. This award-winning film sheds light on the experiences of abuse survivors who have faced incarceration and fought tirelessly for their lives. Presented in partnership with the NFL, this screening promises an evening of insight and empathy.

Following the screening, join us for a guided discussion diving deep into the film’s themes. We’ll explore the challenges faced by survivors who have been criminalized and share stories of resilience and transformation.
