Finding Her Way Casting Call

Hello! We are Temple University students casting for a narrative video titled “Finding Her Way.” “Finding Her Way” is a story of an aspiring artist who takes a risk to impress the CEO of her dream company when trying to land her dream job. Below, you will find the roles we are looking to cast in this production.

This project is an unpaid position, but we will be providing food and beverage for the cast. We will be filming from the beginning of March to the end of April.

To apply, please submit a videotape audition using the sides for the character you will be auditioning for. Also below, we have linked the Google Drive where you can access the sides you will audition with. If you’d like to elevate your audition with another piece you’ve prepared, still submit your read for the character’s side and keep your other submission under 2 minutes long. ELLIE: Female, age 21-25, protagonist; artist, creative, insecure but grows to be confident in herself and her abilities

BROOKE: Female, age 21-25, Ellie’s best friend and roommate, nurse, supportive, hardworking, pushes her to go after her dreams

BRETT HOFFMAN: Male, age 30-40, successful CEO, harsh, condescending

Supporting Roles:

KELLY: Female age 30-40, Ellie’s boss, leader, strict

ALYSSA: Female age 22-28, Brett’s assistant, understanding, supportive

SAM: Female age 21-25, Ellie’s friend and roommate, lawyer, funny, witty, supportive

HOFFMAN EMPLOYEES: Male or Females age 22-40, one small speaking part
