A little about the film – Frozen Bodies is an absurdist drama/horror film that takes place in a world where every person is suddenly frozen in place, besides the two main protagonists. The film focuses on the relationship between the two characters, one is a married man and the other is a woman he had been having an affair with. The filming dates are March 1-3 and March 8-10 in Philadelphia and New Jersey (transportation will be provided to New Jersey) and pays $100 a day. The lead roles are for the characters Henry and Sophie who are in the 25-35 age range.
Henry – 25-35
A reserved and intellectually-confident man who has been having an affair with another woman (Sophie). It’s more than just a physical relationship, they are both emotionally attached to each other. Henry loves the excitement Sophie brings to his life and when time freezes and it’s just the two of them, he’s excited to spend more time together until he’s confronted with the harm their relationship has caused to the people around them. This role requires kissing.
Sophie – 25-35
An outgoing, strong-willed woman having a relationship with a married man. It’s more than just a physical relationship, Sophie and Henry have a deep emotional attachment and have been seeing each other for months. When everyone becomes frozen in time, Sophie gets to explore more aspects of their relationship that she had always longed to have but at the price of hurting the people around her who are frozen in time. This role requires kissing.
