Job Description: Sound Mixer Needed (Feature Film – Local Hire Only)
Location: Philadelphia, right outside of Philadelphia, and New Jersey.
Dates: 4 days of filming starting October 24, 2026. Mandatory in-person equipment check meeting on October 3, 2026.
Pay: $400 – $500 a day (depending on experience) inclusive of kit. Paid via W-2 payroll.

We are seeking a collaborative Sound Mixer for a 4-day indie feature film. We have name talent booked and need someone great at capturing clean dialogue. This gig is perfect for an up-and-coming student or recent graduate looking to gain a high-profile feature credit and work with professional talent.

Some scenes feature up to six speaking individuals. Because of the budget, we know improvisation will need to happen on set regarding mic coverage, swapping packs, and utilizing plant or boom mics.

Requirements:
Local hire only. Must have your own baseline kit ready to adapt to the scenes.
