I’m an independent filmmaker looking for a dedicated crew to help shoot a series of high-energy action/thriller shorts as we work toward producing a full-length feature which is in the barrel. We’re talking high octane sequences, suspense, and stylized movement.

The Workflow:
We keep it lean and “guerilla style”—minimal crew, mostly daytime exteriors using available light. It’s usually just me, the actors, and 1–2 camera operators.

The Schedule:

-Primary Days: Mondays and Wednesdays.
-Advance Notice: 9/10 times, the shoot is locked in **one week in advance**.
-Spontaneity: Occasionally, we’ll do a quick “run-and-gun” session if the lighting or location is perfect, but these are always optional.

Who I’m Looking For:

– Camera Operators: Must be able to follow precise framing and movement instructions. If you’re a gear-head who loves kinetic cinematography, we’ll vibe. I use a Lumix G9 system, but feel free to bring your own rig.
– Production Assistants (PAs): No experience needed—just a hustle-hard attitude. You’ll be right in the action helping with gear, safety, and logistics.
-Stuntman: Honestly, I’d rather you have experience with doing fight choreography, if not thats fine. Just Be familiar with what it takes. No serious stunts being done, just basic fight skills and being able to fall without injuring yourself.
