WinMore Media, a Philadelphia-based production company and creative studio, is looking to bring on talent to host a variety of podcasts on our youtube channel!

We are seeking on-camera talent to not only host, but also to assist in the research and development of podcast projects. If you have a podcast idea you’d like to host, but need a crew to help produce it, we want to collaborate with you! We blend professional production experience with down-to-earth, creative energy and personalities.

Applicant Qualities:
— Confident, charismatic individuals who can carry on a casual, unscripted conversation, ask compelling questions, and present stories or topics in an engaging manner
— Can identify and/or empathize with LGBTQIA+ and queer experiences
— Flexible, but consistent schedule availability to come into our office to shoot podcasts and conduct research on topics or ideas
— Ideally someone who is comfortable on camera, sharp on the mic, works well in a team, and is excited about becoming part of something unique!

You don’t need to be an expert, just genuinely interested, thoughtful, and excited to show up and create with us!

WinMore Media is an independent, vertically-integrated creative studio & production company inspired by surrealism & self-expression. We write, produce, and distribute our own content which includes short films, series, podcasts, YouTube videos, and social media content. Together, we are a group made up of queer, POC, and women filmmakers, artists, and creators striving to elevate the stories of those who are overlooked or misunderstood, ultimately celebrating a wide spectrum of experiences. Our projects emphasize inclusivity and representation, with our team utilizing storytelling, videography, and editing techniques to highlight marginalized and underrepresented communities.
