The show features a diverse cast of voices, including activists, artists, doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs, and everyday people, engaging in honest conversations about justice, culture, identity, and community.

We’re looking for an editor who can shape these discussions with precision, pacing, and help elevate the visual style as the show continues to grow.

Responsibilities:
• Edit 30–60 minute episodes (multi-cam setup)
• Sync and clean up audio for clarity and balance
• Add branded elements: intro/outro, lower thirds, titles, transitions
• Prep social media clips and teasers (optional but preferred)
• Deliver clean exports optimized for YouTube and podcast platforms
• Collaborate with the executive producer/director on show tone and flow

Ideal Candidate:
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve)
• Experience editing talk shows, interviews, or podcasts
• Strong narrative sense and ability to maintain viewer engagement
• Attention to detail and visual consistency
• Reliable and communicates well on deadlines
• Passion for social issues or storytelling with purpose is a plus
