The song is explicitly anti-fascist—pushing back against authoritarianism, ICE brutality, MAGA politics, and the broader Trump-era legacy. It’s confrontational by design. If it doesn’t make someone uncomfortable, we probably missed the mark and if it doesn’t get us on the Admin’s targeted persons list, we’ve failed terribly ;-).

All gestapo jokes aside, though its provocative in concept, we believe the production itself will be relatively simple and achievable. We’re working on a shoestring budget and are prioritizing collaborators who are aligned with the message as much as the craft. We’ll cover all out-of-pocket costs and, while this is technically a volunteer project, we’ll do our best to offer a modest stipend as a good-faith gesture.
