There is no performance element to this program. Candidates are onboard as venture fellows, where they integrate directly into the company workflow to demonstrate their aptitude for managing an enterprise-level stake. It is an authentic environment: they follow a structured professional schedule, while our social engagements—from strategy sessions to collaborative workshops—serve as natural settings to observe dynamics and interpersonal relationships. Production will provide the ecosystem and the resources, but the outcome is entirely on them to achieve; they must actively leverage these assets to prove they are capable of assuming a 10% equity position.
