| Job Description: | Casting: Coach- age range- 55 to 60 caring but stern when need to be especially when it comes to coaching. A loving and supportive father and husband of thirty years.They have a transgender daughter named Robbie and although at first he blames himself for this he slowly came to see that this is who Robbie truly is and supports him 100% but it took his own”coming out”process in a different way for this to happen. He also hides some insecurity that he did not raise Robbie correctly and struggled with that in the early days..This insecurity is tested in this story and it is the last phase of the comng out process. When Robbie is asked to speak about his father at his retirement dinner knowing that representatives from the Coach’s post retirement job will be in attendance this is where the Coach’s values and who he truly is gets tested and this is where we see Coach becoming one with himself |
