[SKYLAR] – Supporting, Black, Female, 20s
Skylar is entering her freshman year of law school. Beautiful, smart, and strong-spirited, she carries herself with confidence and purpose. She’s navigating two worlds — the one she comes from and the one she’s trying to break into. Must bring depth, vulnerability, and fire.
[TYRONE] – Supporting, Black, Male, 50s
Skylar’s father. A hardworking barber and the unshakable head of his household. He’s wise, protective, and firm, with a heart grounded in love and tradition. Must embody strength and subtle emotional layers.
[TERRENCE] – Supporting, Black, Male, 20s
A charismatic bad boy with a sharp edge, Terrence is a loyal friend and a product of his environment. Street-smart, charming, and rough around the edges, he’s the kind of person you shouldn’t underestimate. Looking for a natural, grounded performance.
