| Job Description: | Looking for two actresses in their early to mid 20’s, any race and ethnicity. Expect a 12 hour shoot on one of the following weekends: 4/26-4/27, 5/3-5/4, 5/10-5/11, 5/17-5/18. Actresses and crew will be fed by me, most likely pizza. Actresses will also be listed in credits at the end of the final cut and be emailed a copy by me.
This is a junior-level short film project about Mallory and her roommate Sage, with Mallory finally getting the guts to break up with her awful boyfriend. Sage, 20’s, is the classic mom friend who takes on the caretaker role whenever their friends need support. She lives with her roommate, Mallory, who’s pretty different from her but they still get along well. She’s a massive hater of Mallory’s current boyfriend — for good reason — so when she sees her chance to get them to break up, she takes it. Mallory, 20’s, is an extrovert who loves to be the life of the party. She’s energetic and always down to go out, no matter the occasion. She lives with her roommate, Sage, who she often leans on for advice. Her boyfriend drains the life out of her but she wants to stick it out in hopes of him getting better. |
