Actors for Student Film

This is a sophomore-level student production, so scheduling is tentative, but we’re looking to shoot in early to mid-May.

Gail, a staff writer on a horror movie showcase series, finally confronts the bullshit of working in the industry, particularly being stuck in an office with Simon, a newcomer who is continuously failing upwards.

Looking to cast these roles:

Gail Rhodes, 29 – A professional television writer stuck working on a show she loves for a studio that doesn’t love her back, continuously being passed up for the story editor position she’s rightfully earned.

Simon Harper, 24 – The thorn in Gail’s side, a freshly hired writer with an arrogant approach to his job, spurred by a deluded sense of self-worth and an almost supernatural ability to have everything handed to him.
