| Job Description: | I’m looking for lead actors/actresses to act in my experimental student film, The Highlands. Looking for a range of ages, genders, etc. anyone can apply!. The film is an experimental film that is essentially a filmic portrait of a group of people living in this surreal neighborhood (The Highlands). They’re all living their lives while bizarre things are happening around them.
Actors are paid based on the characters (i.e. some characters appear longer than others and require more work on set), it is a student film so the budget is low (about $25-$50 a day depending on character), but you will be provided meals and a project to add onto your reel!
I am planning on filming at a house located in Wayne, PA, with the exception of some scenes being in the Powelton/Mantua area in Philadelphia. I am filming over the course of four days (June 1-4) , but not everyone is needed those days. I will let you know when you need to come when you are cast depending on scheduling and whatnot!
