Strawberry Mansion High School Scholars

Changing the Narrative is a student collective multimedia project aimed to give Strawberry Mansion High School scholars a platform in order to tell their narrative through the art of filmmaking. In 2013, Diane Sawyer reported on the school and labeled it “The most dangerous school in this country.” As a result, Strawberry Mansion High School’s reputation and enrollment suffered. Through the Greater Philadelphia Film Office and the Tripod Initiative, Mansion scholars now have the opportunity to showcase their story, through the eyes of a Knight.
